I don’t blame you Leo.
Scrabble boards are like snowflakes, no 2 are alike. But don’t try catching a scrabble board on your tongue. That’s just dumb.

Day 05 - A show you hate
Sex and the City. I know it had fans and is somehow producing successful movies but come on. There is almost nothing believable about this show. Sure TV brings with it a expectation of suspension of belief but what really bothers me about this show is how people want to be the characters and I hate all the characters. No I have not seen the movies and my actual watching of an episode is more of a passive listening while my wife watched but even that was enough to eat into my brain and make me wish I was just thinking “if it wasn’t for that horse…”
The closest to believable is the Kristin Davis character. I can at least see her being hit on in a bar. Maybe I am too far removed from any nightlife but Kim Cattrall is not young and hot or even cougar hot, her character is a running joke.
I will not touch on the SJP jokes and I don’t seem to have as much hatred for Cynthia Nixon.
Ok so the idea for the next movie is - SJP and Kim Cattrall go to rehab or something off screen and never appear. Cynthia Nixon becomes a successful lawyer and mother and her friend Kristin Davis comes to grips with being cougar age. No one has sex with people that wouldn’t look twice at them outside of TV/Movie land and the final scene is them talking to the camera promising to go away. That movie has my Oscar vote.

Day 04 - Your favorite show ever
Well this is a huge problem, I’ve spent a bunch of days stalling putting up this post because I have no idea what my favorite show EVER is. I wrote out a list of TV shows that I felt “defined” my youth but that just made the potential list longer. I also am against writing multiple answers so here it goes…
SOAP. My wife was against this choice. She recommended Saved By the Bell and I also brought up Transformers to her. I know some people will answer LOST or Friends or Seinfeld but I think LOST is too recent so it hasn’t fully breathed. If that makes sense. Sopranos is also an excellent choice but what made SOAP stand out is that it was groundbreaking, hilarious and is a trigger to some favorite memories with my Dad.
That to me is more important in selecting a “favorite” show. It’s not the best show ever, wasn’t even during my time. But watching it the first time on a Nick at Nite Marathon over a weekend with my Dad and being filled in on the plot points I slept through or was in church for (we went, my dad didn’t) really set this show above the others in the favorite category.
A friend of mine made this - it sums up the NBA nicely. (Bosh, Lebron, Wade)

Francesa on FAN convinced Lebron headed to Miami. So that gives Knicks hope now.
Emmy nominated and pretty funny - http://www.hulu.com/watch/113207/saturday-night-live-digital-short-shy-ronnie
